Born in Indonesia, educated in Taiwan for International Business Studies. Worked in Taiwan, Ireland, Singapore and Indonesia mostly as a ‘salesman’. Edysen Shin is the founder and managing director of AceLearnings Indonesia, a professional training and consulting company specialized on sales, leadership, talent management and strategic performance. He is a certified trainer of Porter Henry And Co – USA, Certified InnerMetrix Consultant, AchieveGlobal – USA sales, leadership, service programs; Habitudes Growing Leaders – USA, CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst), CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) of Success Insights – USA, Harrison Assessment – Australia, DISC Personality Insights – USA, Communispond – New York, THT Cross Cultural – Netherland. Previously he was leading one of the world largest training and consulting company from the US. He also attended the Digital Marketing course held by Emeritus – NUS (National University of Singapore). Currently Edysen is pursuing his MBA degree at Gies School of Business – University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne.

He authored 10 books and some of them are national best selling books (The DISC Codes, The 37 Most Powerful Tactics on Negotiation, The Sales Codes, 40 Wisdoms, etc). He’s an international trainer speaker across the region (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Philippine, Taiwan). He has been speaking to more than 100 Fortune 500 companies in the areas of sales, leadership, negotiation, business presentation, creative problem solving, personal effectiveness, motivational and service excellent. Born in Indonesia and live in Jakarta.  A Chemical Engineer’s graduation from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and had General Manager and finance’s certification from National University of Singapore (NUS) and Republic Polytechnic, Singapore.  Experienced in marketing field and logistics for 18 years in the B2B’s company. Stefanus Janto is a Head of Business Unit Food Ingredients and well-known as a “creative value marketer” in the industry.  Passionate in teaching and training team since 2006, starting from sales and marketing, communications skill, presentation, leadership and technical skill such as strategic continuous improvement, logistics and system building.   Certified trainer from Achieve Global and Porter Henry’s selling module.  Experiences in training public and private companies such as PT LAUTAN LUAS TBK, PT SNS (Garuda Food), PT ASURANSI JIWASRAYA, PERTAMINA, PT PARAGON TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION (WARDAH), PT MITRA-10 (CSA GROUP), BTPN Syariah, and academic institution such as Parahyangan Catholic University and  International Institute of Life Sciences (i3L) – Kalbe Group.

Mahadi has more than 15 years of experience in both sales and project (contract negotiations and project scope) led to key milestone projects – system development and implementation of ERP for oil palm plantations and Installation of the first cyclotron in Indonesia. With his background in IT and experience in healthcare industry in particular of healthcare IT solutions helps him to relate to the common “business pains” in both ICT and healthcare industry. Since joining Scotwork in 2015, Mahadi has worked with lead consultants from the Scotwork global network, developing both local and MNC clients across Asia Pacific. Now Mahadi is part of AceLearnings Indonesia Training Team as Senior Training Consultant. Proficient in both English, Bahasa Indonesia and Cantonese, Mahadi has been involved in the negotiation skills development of clients from industries such as Banking, Agriculture, Information Technology, and Healthcare.

Margaretta serves her role as senior training consultant at AceLearnings Indonesia. She has been certified with Porter Henry And Co sales programs as well as AchieveGlobal sales programs. Graduated from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) majoring on Food Technology Human Nutrition Department and holding MBA title from School of Business Management ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung), Margaretta is a very passionate professional who is keen on helping people to grow especially in the area of sales marketing. Previously she was serving as the Head of National Sales and Marketing Manager at PT. Lautan Luas, Tbk the largest chemical company in Indonesia, not only handling key accounts and developing sales team, she also actively deliver sales trainings for the sales team. She also serves as country sales manager for PT. Trouw Nutrition Indonesia. Right now, she is part of AceLearnings Indonesia Training Team who specialized on sales marketing training programs., deliver training across industries: banking, manufacturing, trading and services.

Her passion in teaching and developing people brings her to share on classroom in terms of sales and marketing, leadership and banking topics. With her professional proven excellent track record at consumer banking for more than 20 years in the area of Priority Segment Business, Branch Banking, Contact Center, Product Development, Wealth Management, Lending Retail Banking  Credit Card & Personal Loan business, Portfolio Segment Management, Sales channel Management, Marketing Communications, etc Joyce is a master coach in helping bankers achieve their maximum potential.
